LISA MASSEUR - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

When Lisa Masseur went to the movies for the first time, she didn't want to leave. At least not before the credits were done rolling. She asked her mother, who are all those people? What do they do? As she got older and realized that a producer is the boss of all those people in the credits, and well... a career path was chosen.

After working on features and on TV shows, Lisa transitioned to the commercial world, working as a freelance Line Producer for a variety of production companies, both local, and out-of-town. Lisa sharpened her executive producing skills at Ebel Productions, before coming to RADAR in 2003.

Strengths: Making it to set for lunch, Knowing everybody/everything, Minivan parking.

Weaknesses: Sense of smell, Computer maintenance, Packing school lunches.

GRAHAM GANGI - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / POST

Chicago has always been Graham's home, but he has been more than happy to travel the world. It is true that he was in Russia in 1992 during the fall of Communism as an United States Youth Ambassador. It is also true that as an adult that Department of State wasn't thrilled with his trip to China. Thankfully no one had issues with him graduating from University of Illinois' business school and then deciding to become a Production Assistant. From doing a 'run' as a PA to London to production managing Wilco's documentary 'I'm trying to break your heart' to becoming RADAR's Post Executive Producer, Graham is still happy to call Chicago home.

Strengths: Can tie a bow tie, Enjoys organizing, & Has a green thumb.

Weaknesses: Sometimes thinks he can sing, Has trouble speling, & Sneezes too often.

EVE CROSS - HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Crusty, Evil and Sunshine. All nicknames Eve has acquired over the last 20 years in commercial production. Eve moved to Chicago from LA in '94 to work with Komnenich Films. In 2008 she began freelancing as a producer for various companies around Chicago.

Currently, Eve spends her days breaking rocks at RADAR and her nights on the streets of Chicago with her 7lb dog, Roo.

Strengths: Strong Bones, Strong Heart, excellent at counting.

Weaknesses: Font selection, Eats at Cracker Barrel sometimes, Has a 7lb dog.

JONAH MUELLER - PRODUCER - LIVE ACTION

Jonah's grandma always dreamed that he'd go to Harvard, she even offered to pay his tuition. Unfortunately for her, he was more interested in getting straight B's in high school and attending UW-Madison. Even more unfortunately for her, Jonah didn't have any bright ideas, like inventing facebook.

But things have been looking up... After college, Jonah got his first exposure to the world of production while working at Chicago ad agency Laughlin/Constable. And after that, he freelanced for a while before coming aboard as a staff producer at RADAR.

Strengths: Fixing your computer, Producing stuff, Reaching things on the top shelf.

Weaknesses: Reading braille, Yoga, Driving with his eyes closed.

JAMES HENRY - PRODUCER - POST

James career was born, like him in the suburbs of Detroit. He relocated to Chicago in 2007 following his now wife. The first year or so was spent on the north side of Ontario Street at Digital Kitchen, 350 to be exact. It was a great job, but he preferred working on companies have a odd numbered addresses. So he came to the south side to work at RADAR in 2008. His ability to bring together a team, make cold brew coffee, and grilling out on summer Fridays make him a valuable asset.

Strengths: Foot speed. Baby-making, iPhone repair.

Weaknesses: Grew up in Detroit. Can't tie a bow tie.

STEPH SCHERTZ - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - POST

Stephanie joined RADAR in January 2011. Two days into the job, Chicago experienced the worst snow storm it has ever seen. She considered it a sign to barricade herself inside the company for as long as possible. Stephanie is grateful to finally have a position in production and post-production after navigating a slew of odd jobs that left her with skills such as dealing blackjack and packing a week's worth of clothing in a carry-on suitcase. Stephanie's your girl if you need to know where things are hidden around the office or to get updated on the latest celebrity gossip.

Strengths: Finding excuses to avoid exercise, arranging a killer cheese platter, helping people.

Weaknesses: Wearing white after Labor Day, Buying birthday presents, Getting way too competitive at board games and then making it awkward for everyone else in the room.
